God's choosing the land of Israel as the place where most events in Scripture happen will guide our 10 week study. Teacher Tom Glover will illustrate the lessons with lots of great photos, video clips and maps. You'll see God's hand in Israel's history and culture, both ancient and modern. As the class studies current events in Israel, you'll see how the Bible comes alive, as if you were reading the morning newspaper. We'll talk about the influence of Christians upon the establishment of modern Israel and trace the God-directed events and miracles that led to the creation of the nation. We'll sample Israel's vibrant culture and even some of its cuisine. Feel free to invite friends, future travelers and those who wish to rekindle memories of a past visit to the Holy Land.
