Evelyn Carlson

Director Of Adult Ministries And Assistant to the Pastor

Evelyn Carlson serves as the Director of Adult Ministries and Assistant to the Pastor. Evelyn works in conjunction with the Discipleship purpose area leaders to provide adults with opportunities for learning and faith formation. She also assists Pastor Rick by overseeing the Creative Team, encouraging lay leadership in the worship services, and helping to carry out various programs of the church. She has a passion to see people grow spiritually, impacting the world for Christ. Evelyn also oversees Women's Ministry, including Girlfriends' Unlimited.

Evelyn attended Owosso College in Owosso, MI. She and her husband, Gary, have four adult children. She enjoys reading (you will often find her at the Girlfriends' Book Club events), hiking, swing dancing, cooking and entertaining.
