Revisiting Philippians 1

Sunday, June 6, 2010

In Track 1, Mary Jo Elmore shares on Philippians 1:4:  "In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

In Track 2, Josh Lokan and Robin Hoynacki share:

"Do everything without complaining or arguing. so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe . . ."  (Philippians 2:14-15)
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)

Track 4 - Ralph Rohwer shares on Philippians 3:12-13: "Not that I have already attained this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead."

Pastor Rick wraps up in Track 5
