False Narratives:  God is always angry and wrathful toward us or God doesn't care about sin at all

vs.

Jesus' Narrative:  Wrath is God's right action

What did Jesus say about judgment and wrath?

Ingetrating God's love and wrath is difficult... Jesus speaks of God as being both.

Wrath is a necessary reaction to evil by a loving and holy God.

God is love, and because He is just, He stands mightily against sin and evil.

Holiness is the Essence of God.

Because God loves us, He wants us to be holy.

God is against sin because He is for me.
