Jesus is not only God. He chose to become one of us. That's the INCARNATION.

The Father GAVE His one and only Son.

Our giving can actually reflect in some small way the power and beauty of God coming into our world as one of us.

Three aspects of what happened when God gave us His one and only Son:

1. God gave us His presence
2. The gift of Jesus was personal.
3. His gift was costly.

The best gifts celebrate a relationship.

The Gift of Ourselves becomes more about "presence" than about "presents".
