Children

Welcome!

Programming for children is available during our 10:30 am worship service. Parents may check-in their children in the Children's Wing foyer on the south side of the building. Infants and young children will go to the nursery and their classes immediately. Preschool and elementary children join their parents in the worship service for the first part of the service. Children are dismissed to their classes following the Children's Message about half way through the service.

We look forward to meeting your family!

Here's what you do if you are new on Sunday morning:

1. Park on the south side of the building (facing the Medical Center) and enter the doors with the kid friendly sign.

2. Meet Betty at our check-in desk who will set you up with your KidCheck Account or, you can set one up for free from your home computer. This is our secure check-in system to keep your children safe while they are in our care.

3.  Once you have your guardian tag and the kids have their nametags, a greeter will lead you to the sanctuary. You may want to stop by the Gathering Place for some great coffee, juice, and breakfast items on your way!

4.Sunday School classes are offered for all ages at 9 am and families begin worship together at 10:30 am.  After the children's sermon, all children up to grade 6 are escorted by their teachers and leader for children's worship.  If your children are more comfortable staying with you in worship, that's fine, too!

5.  Children of all ages are welcome in the worship service at anytime, but if an infant or toddler would be happier in our nursery, Heidi will be happy to greet you and provide excellent care for your little one.  The nursery is also located in the kids' ministry wing in room 1.

Woodinville Community United Methodist Church is a great place for families to grow together in faith in Jesus Christ. Our team of dedicated volunteers and staff work year round to provide fun, creative and intentional ministries to help kids learn about God's love for them, and to help parents learn how to fulfill their roles as the spiritual leaders of their children. We strive for our ministries to be fun, creative and safe. You can read online about our Safe Sanctuaries Policy. To find out about the fun and creative part, you'll just have to come and see for yourself!

Tallest TowersWe love to have fun and do different things all year long. The majority of our events are free. A few of them you'll need to sign up for in advance. Some of our events include: pumpkin pach & corn maze, special movie showings, family fun nights, event nights for specific ages of kids, parenting classes and much more!

We're excited to introduce our newest additions to God's Big Backyard Children's Ministries!
